In-game description

A late entry reads: I believe I have finally located the origin of the secondary signal, which was buried in the interference that continues to plague our reception. RDF tracking clearly indicated a source just east of Dish F, but I surveyed the area and found nothing. It is as if the secondary signal is being generated fom thin air.
